Cookies delivery day :)

February 2, 2010 - 11:11 am No Comments

This year will be my first year selling Chinese New Year (CNY) cookies, made by off course not me, hehe but my Aunty. She has been making cookies since i was young and never once failed to give us and remind us of the yearly Chinese festive celebrations. It has been a tradition for Chinese New Year to have cookies all around during the “pai nin” (family & friends visitation) sessions, as drinks and cookies are served on the coffee table in the hall normally. Or some may use it as gifts exchange during visitation.

I have initially brought 2 cans of cookies as testers which given by my aunty, Almond cookies and Chocolate cookies, personally i love the chocolate cookies more, because it is filled with chocolate chips and almond nuts.

But some wanted the more usual cookies such as the pineapple tarts and  peanut cookies, so custom made order have been catered :) I am glad that my colleagues were supportive on the order and purchase of these cookies, and it was a pretty nice feeling delivering cookies to the office and everyone seems satisfied with it. It’s like santa bringing two big bags of goodies and after this round, some that did not know placed more orders. (as i was pretty shy to shoutout about cookies ordering available)
