My Diet Plan

Simple but not sure how effective :)

I shall eat less on days not going to gym (excluding weekends and holidays :P )

Breakfast: Cereal with Fresh Milk

Lunch: Kip Sandwich (Chicken Ham sandwich with Dutch cheese) + 7-up Revive

Tea: Fruits – 2 Pink Guavas

Dinner: 1/4 of Roasted Duck with spaghetti bolognese, a cuppa of Sunkist orange and a munch of tandoori chicken with a slice of cucumber & few sips of Teh O’ Ais Limau (mamak style of Ice-Lemon Tea)

I know its not that healthy anyway, i’ll add-in some vege and tomatoes next time around to make it a more complete meal. I like this once in awhile, probably once or twice a week is fine, but not everyday. As Malaysian, I Love a Variety of food ;)

    mmm…the sandwich looks good…maybe u wanna cut out the fizzy drinks to once a week as they contain at least 5 – 7 teaspoons of sugar per serve…

    that is a lotta unnecessary calories to burn baby!

    Finally…you’re back!! Can’t wait to make appointment to meet at the gym…else i keep procrastinating, so i’ll see you on Tuesday nite?
